EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Avensen Software, please read it carefully. This EULA covers all existing versions of Avensen Domain Name Finder and its beta versions from now on referred below as "Domain Name Finder" unless otherwise specified.

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.

Avensen Software grants a license to evaluate Domain Name Finder for the 30 days after you first install it. If you like Domain Name Finder you have to purchase it after the evaluation period is over.

When you purchase Domain Name Finder, the "Activation Code" is being issued to you. This "Activation Code" can only be used by the individual (or entity) purchased it and should not be shared with the other individuals (parties). Any distribution of the Activation Code shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in this EULA.

The single Activation Code represents a right to install, copy, access, display, run or otherwise use one copy of Domain Name Finder product specified at a time of purchase on a single computer past the evaluation period. The rights to use Domain Name Finder past the evaluation period granted under this EULA are voided unless you activate (register) Domain Name Finder in the manner described on our web-site. We reserve the right to implement the technological measures in the Domain Name Finder to prevent its unlicensed or illegal use.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in this EULA and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

DOMAIN NAME FINDER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE DOMAIN NAME FINDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. AVENSEN SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must remove Domain Name Finder files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

The terms of this license, as well as the Domain Name Finder interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of Domain Name Finder.

Domain Name Finder may be copied and distributed via any means, including web sites, email, public software archives, CD-ROM and so on. No permission is necessary. Domain Name Finder and all accompanying files must be included in the distribution and must not be modified in any way. You may include additional files with the distribution provided that you follow all conditions of the License Agreement.

We adhere to strict privacy guidelines and do NOT collect personally identifiable information unless it is voluntarily provided.

All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by Avensen Software. All copyrights to Domain Name Finder are exclusively owned by the author - Avensen Software.
